3D View video and Treatment Plan

After approximately 7 working days from hitting SEND and sharing all documentation with Nuvola, you will receive:
- Nuvola View 3D: a graphic simulation of the treatment. You can view each aligner step and dental movement, together with IPR, attachments, occlusion. Interact with the model in 3D.
- Treatment Plan: download the PDF version of the Treatment Plan to see if there are auxiliaries suggested (buttons, elastics...) and also the schedule for changing between aligners.
Before accepting the treatment, please review carefully both.
You can also ask to REVIEW the plan and insert your questions and requests via Chat. The Tech will take 1-2 business days to apply them.
If you click REFUSE the case will be archived and Nuvola will no longer work on it, nor receive notifications. To reopen it, you can Chat with the Customer Service.
If you click ACCEPT the case goes to production as it is.
I uploaded all patient documentation. Why is the Treatment Plan still not ready?
- If it's in the DESIGN phase: it's normal to wait until 7 working days. If an orthodontist is working on the Plan, it can take up to 10.
- View the treatment phase. If it's INCOMPLETE: you still need to hit the SEND button. Until then, the treatment is a draft and your Nuvola Specialist has not received it yet.
- Check the impressions: are they NON COMPLIANT? If so, then follow the instructions the Specialist wrote via Chat and upload new impressions.
- Sometimes impressions are non compliant because of: missing/wrong occlusion, missing areas, overlapping data.
- Contact customer support if it's none of the above (check the icon at the bottom of the page, right corner).
